This coffee is carefully grown by the young Indigenous generation of the Nasa Wesx community, in the Gaitania reserve in Tolima. Grown organically and in harmony with nature, every stage, from selective picking and fermentation to washing and drying, is carried out with deep respect for the land and its people.
For the Nasa Wesx people, coffee is more than a crop: it is work, dignity, and a livelihood that supports families, creates employment, and helps foster peace within their territory. Each bean is produced with care, surrounded by preserved soils, rivers, forests, and wildlife, so every cup carries the essence of its mountain home.
This lot is a mix of processes: 80% washed and 20% natural. The combination highlights the clarity and brightness of a washed profile, enriched by the character and creamy texture brought by the natural component.
