Makhore is a natural Ethiopian coffee made from Heirloom varieties grown between 1,500 and 1,800 masl. It has a clear Ethiopian identity: fruit, sweetness, and a distinct aromatic structure.
In natural processing, the coffee cherry dries whole so the sugars in the fruit influence the seed. That brings more body, ripe fruit, and a sweet impression that in this lot recalls apple, orange, and panela.
