Subscribe and we'll send you a freshly roasted bag of coffee every four weeks – but never the same one twice in a row. One delivery you might find a bright, juicy Ethiopian washed with notes of bergamot and stone fruit. The next, a chocolatey Brazilian natural that pulls beautifully as espresso. Then maybe a Colombian anaerobic that tastes like nothing you've had before.
Every bag leaves our roastery in Palma within 72 hours of roasting, with a card inside telling you where it came from, who grew it, and how we'd brew it.

Coffee is seasonal, like wine or olive oil, and the range of what a single bean can taste like is enormous: floral, fermented, syrupy, savory, bright, deep. Our subscription is built around that idea. Every delivery is a small invitation to try something you wouldn't have picked off the shelf yourself – curated by our roasters from the lots we're most excited about that month.
