Xarisma comes from Nicaragua and combines Catuai and Catimor grown between 1,200 and 1,300 masl. It is a clean, sweet coffee with an easy-to-read cup profile.
The washed process helps structure the fruit and create a clearer cup. Expect caramel, plum, and mandarin, with gentle acidity and a sweet finish.
