Mare Red is a natural Brazilian coffee built around Yellow Catuai and Red Catuai. It is approachable, sweet, and rounded, with the comforting character of a well-processed Brazilian natural.
The natural process dries the whole cherry outdoors, concentrating sugars and adding body. In the cup, caramel, orange, and dried apricot sit on a soft, sweet base.
This is a versatile choice for espresso, moka, and milk drinks, while still working as a gentle filter coffee when you want sweetness without sharp acidity.
