Chabela is a Mexican decaf created to keep sweetness and comfort without losing origin character. It combines Bourbon, Catimor, Garnica, and Typica grown between 1,100 and 1,300 masl.
The profile is smooth and familiar: almond, caramel, and chocolate, with a gentle body and a cup that is easy to dial in for espresso, moka, or filter.
Choose it when you want less caffeine but still want a clean, sweet specialty coffee with a clear flavour profile.
