Where it all began
We opened Bisbe in October 2014: our first La Molienda coffee shop, and still our home. We roast our coffee in Palma using single-origin coffees, tracing them back to the farm and choosing light roasts that respect the nuances of each harvest.
Patterned tiles, doors open to the street, familiar neighbours and people passing through. A place for a quick espresso at the bar or an unhurried brunch on the terrace.

Bisbe is in central Palma, on Bisbe Campins, between Passeig de Mallorca and Plaça de Santa Magdalena. Close enough to everything and far enough from the tourist bustle: regular neighbours come here for breakfast, and visitors keep coming back.

- Yes, on the square in front of the café. Weekends fill up quickly, so there may be a short wait mid-morning.

- Yes, dogs are welcome.
- Can I work on my laptop?
- We have free Wi-Fi. Bisbe is a small café: for larger tables and a few hours of work, we recommend Arxiduc, about a 10-minute walk away.
- Where can I park?
- Parking in the area is paid and limited. Walking, cycling or taking the bus is easiest.
- Can I buy coffee to take home?
- Yes. We sell our coffee beans and can grind them on the spot to suit your brewing method.
