We arrived in Pollença in 2025, excited to serve good coffee, brunch and pastries. The coffee is the same we have roasted in Palma since 2013; the kitchen, coffee bar and bakery are new.
Kitchen, coffee bar, counter and bakery: different spaces with the same rhythm, all in plain sight. For a quick cappuccino, a leisurely brunch or a cinnamon roll to go.

We are in central Pollença on Carrer de Cecili Metel, a short walk from Plaça Major. The place for a coffee before climbing the Calvari steps, after a bike ride around the north of the island or on the way to the Port.
