We roast our own coffee at La Molienda. We work with origin coffees and give them our own roast profile, trying to bring out every nuance of each origin.<\/p>\n
From the beginning, we have been driven by the idea of following the traceability of the products we offer. When we roast our coffee, we know which farm it comes from, which variety it is, at what altitude it was grown, and which drying process it went through. Our goal for the future is to meet the people behind this demanding harvest process and work directly with farms to import their coffee.<\/p>\n
We also know that the product we offer has received better treatment in relation to the farms where the coffee comes from. Many of our suppliers’ coffee prices have been set directly with producers without other intermediaries, so the farms achieve better results in their coffee business.<\/p>\n
We select our coffees and work with lighter roasts to preserve as much aroma and nuance as possible from this fruit. Always according to the type of extraction, for filter or espresso.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
